My name is Arabella and I am 11 years old.
I am contacting you to report a couple of typos that I recognised in issue number 47 of your newspaper, Crinkling News.
I have a subscription to Crinkling News, and enjoy how I get to see the world from a more rational, interesting perspective, which is vital for my understanding of what is happening in the world, and how I can help.
I was reading the front page article “The young carers who are heroes at home” and noticed that you mentioned two different ages for Sebastian Belmonte. In the caption under the photo of Sebastian and his mother, it says Sebastian is 10. However, the quote on the right-hand side of the page states that he is 11.
I also saw that there was a typo on page two. This is in the rest of the story about Sebastian, and it seems you have spelt “by” with a t (bt). As a writing enthusiast, I understand that it is quite easy to make typos or mistakes in the type.
I hope reading this letter has alerted you of these issues in your articles, and I am extremely grateful to you for taking your time to read my letter.
Yours sincerely, Arabella
